The app is beautiful. The visuals make it so peaceful and immersive, and I love how I can control the pacing of the journey. If it gets to be too emotionally overwhelming, there's always an option to pivot within the app, which makes it a great tool to include in clinical work.

As both an adoptee & adoptive mom, I find this app extremely helpful as a catalyst for contemplation & conversation! It only takes a few minutes to check in, but it stays with me throughout the day. Very cool! I'm telling all my adoptee friends about it.
